NEOCROWN® is a product containing 14 mg/ml (1.4%) sodium hyaluronate. The properties of this solution are as follows:
NEOCROWN® contains 14 mg/ml (1.4%) sodium hyaluronate. Its molecular weight ranges from 3.8 to 4.5 million daltons, and the zero shear viscosity is between 320,000 and 500,000 mPa.s. The osmolality is between 270 and 400 mOsm/kg, and the pH value ranges from 6.8 to 7.6. The product is obtained through biofermentation and is suitable for use with a 27G cannula. Its volume is 1 mL. The composition per 1 mL includes: 14 mg sodium hyaluronate, 8.5 mg sodium chloride, 0.563 mg disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.045 mg sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and the required amount of sterile water for injection.
