MEGACROWN® is a product that contains 18 mg/ml (1.8%) sodium hyaluronate. The properties of this solution are as follows:

MEGACROWN® contains 18 mg/ml (1.8%) sodium hyaluronate. The molecular weight ranges from 2.9 to 3.8 million daltons, and the viscosity is between 450,000 and 750,000 mPa.s. Its osmolality is 270–400 mOsm/kg, and the pH value is between 6.8 and 7.6. The product is obtained through a biofermentation process and is suitable for use with a 27G cannula. The volume is 1 ml. The composition per 1 ml includes: 18 mg sodium hyaluronate, 8.5 mg sodium chloride, 0.563 mg disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.045 mg sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and the required amount of distilled water for injection.
